Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by email at support@luvalia.de.


We will be informed of your return and will process your refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned item.


Please note: once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled until it has been delivered. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.


 

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return an item?

 


Please note that we currently do not offer free returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


 

How long do I have to return something?

 


After receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a return.


 

What happens if I refuse to accept my order?

 


If a customer refuses delivery and the package is returned to us, we will deduct 30% of the total amount paid to cover shipping, packaging, and handling costs.


 

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

 


Yes, you can return the item within 30 days for any reason.

However:

 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 


 

My item is defective

 


How frustrating! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged in transit or that the wrong item is delivered.

 

  • The first time this happens, we will send you a new replacement package free of charge, but we cannot offer a refund.

  • If the item arrives defective a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.

 


 

When and how do I get my money back?

 


Refunds are usually processed using the original payment method.

We typically process refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving the return. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be credited immediately or shortly thereafter.


 

Lost package / returned package

 


If a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical issue, we will resend it immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

 


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LUVALIA, support@luvalia.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the end of the 30-day withdrawal period.


 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal.


For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.


You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.


You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.
